The Canton Fair, formally known as the China Import and Export Fair, has a rich history dating back to its establishment in 1957. Over the years, it has served as a vital bridge for trade between China and foreign countries with a focus on the participation of exhibitors and buyers from third world countries. The fair has consistently attracted a predominant number of buyers from third world countries, playing a crucial role in facilitating trade relations between China and these nations.
In line with our company's global strategic layout for 2024, our participation in the Canton Fair aimed to gain insights into the energy storage and solar photovoltaic industries in third world countries, with a focus on developing export trade and exploring possibilities for distribution and project cooperation in regions such as Africa and Southeast Asia. Our goal is to promote local energy transformation and meet the growing demand for electricity in these areas.
During the fair, we engaged in discussions with potential clients from countries such as Ghana, Morocco, Sri Lanka, and India, seeking to understand the local electricity prices and power grid conditions. Based on our assessments of various regions, we found a strong alignment between the demand for home energy storage products and market needs in countries with high electricity prices, such as Sri Lanka. Additionally, in regions like Ukraine and Kazakhstan, where natural disasters hinder grid electricity access, there is a growing demand for emergency energy storage products for outdoor use, like Bateria Power Magic series from 300W to 10kW portable power station. However, the purchasing power of local residents and the financial capacity of governments ultimately determine the survival of retail chains for low-capacity energy storage products like LiFeP04 batteries, as well as the implementation of large-scale commercial or industrial energy storage system projects.
In light of these observations, I believe that affordable MPPT solar charge controllers will serve as the key entry point into these markets, especially in off-grid power generation markets. Therefore, I am confident that following this fair, we have significant opportunities to establish trade partnerships to cooperate with these clients on our Sunrock MPPT serie controllers from 10A-100A. As the solar power generation market continues to develop in third world countries, our collaborations are poised to deepen in the future.
Reflecting on the foot traffic at the fair, Bateria Power team will remain steadfast in our brand mission: to make clean energy accessible to individual consumers and contribute to our business growth, energy storage, and meeting the electricity needs of underserved regions worldwide.
If you are interested in joining forces with us to address the electricity and energy challenges faced by local residents, please stay tuned to our official account for updates. We look forward to the possibility of engaging in face-to-face discussions at the next fair.
